Srinagar, May 21 (KNS): After returning from Chandigarh, a group of 47 persons quarantined in a quarantine centre are know waiting to return to their homes. The group which includes 7 women returned from Chandigarh on May 9.
Speaking to KNS over phone the group said that" We returned from Chandigarh on May 9 and quarantined in a quarantine centre in Hotel Standard". "Our sample tests were taken on May 11, and since then we are waiting for our reports", said a person who is also quarantined. He further said that when we asked officials about our reports, we don't get any satisfactory answer as we are completing our 14 days isolation period tomorrow.
The group also alleges that many persons were discharged after 8 or 10 days from the qurantine centre.
The group appealed authorities to show reports and discharge us so we can celebrate Eid with our families. (KNS)
