Bandipora, Mar 18 (KNS):  Hundrend employees were found absent from their legitimate duties in Gurez valley of North Kashmir’s Bandipora district,
On the directions of DC Bandipora Dr Owais Ahmad, a special team was constituted under the supervision of SDM Gurez Dr Mudasir Ahmad.
Tehsildar Saleem Ahmad Samoon inspected many Govt  offices  including Educational institutes,  Forest department, Social Welfare, and other Government office  where at least 100 employees were found absent unauthorizedly.
Meanwhile, Deputy Commissioner Bandipora, Dr. Owais Ahmad directed for withholding the salaries of absentees and directed them to report to their duties and also explain the reasons for their unauthorised absence to this office through their respective controlling officers within 2 days failing which disciplinary proceedings as per CSR shall be initiated within any further notice reads the order lying with this reporter.(KNS)
