What Congress did since 1947 to get PoK back: Omar to Azad

Srinagar, Nov 15 (KNS): Former J&K chief minister Omar Abdullah lost no time to react to the remarks of another former J&K CM Ghulam Nabi Azad that “PoK is part of India.
Azad, also a former union minister and Congress national general secretary had said that Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) belongs to India. "PoK is an integral part of Kashmir while Kashmir is an integral part of India. And the fact is irrefutable."
Omar without losing any more time tweeted: “That’s excellent news. Perhaps Azad Sb may like to explain what successive Congress governments have done since ‘47 to get it back.”
Earlier, another J&K ex-chief minister Farooq Abdullah had said that PoK is part of Pakistan" and will remain with it while India will continue to control its part of Jammu and Kashmir.”
Azad had added, "I don't want to comment on his (Farooq) statement... I wonder why he made such a statement. Probably state parties have certain compulsions which we cannot understand," he said.
The fact of the time is that Pakistani side of Kashmir and Indian side of Kashmir are divided by a Line of Control (LoC) since 1947. People in the divided regions demand resolution of the issue as per their aspirations. (KNS)
