Srinagar, Apr 16 (KNS): ‘Justice for Tabinda Gani Forum’ on Monday said asked government to transfer Kathua minor girl, Asifa’s rape and murder case to Kupwara.
According to the statement issued to KNS, the forum said that it will fight for it.
“If government is sincere in delivering justice to Asifa as early as possible then it should shift her case to Kupwara,” the forum said.
The forum further demanded that the case should be handed over to Abraham Sessions Judge Kupwara and should also assign the job to Tabinda SIT police team Handwara.
“The expert dedicated and honest police team of Handwara may be assigned the job. We ensure that justice will be delivered,” the forum stated. (KNS)
