Srinagar, Apr 24 (KNS): An encounter broke out between forces and militants in Lam Aripal village of Tral area in South Kashmir's Pulwama district, police said.
Director General of Police (DGP), Shesh Pal Vaid said that the exchange of fire took place in upper reaches of Tral.
He also wished for the success of forces.
"Exchange of fire in upper reaches of Tral Awantipura.Good luck & success to our boys," DGP tweeted. (KNS)
