They party will strive hard to restore the authority of the Panchayat Raj Institutions which stands guarantee to development of people from grass root level, Mir said.

I have a strong feeling that back to village programme were organized to keep people engaged aiming to divert their attention from the real issues , whilst there was no development at village or local level to be seen, so far, even common people have understanding they have been cheated again under the garb of these programs, G.A. Mir said.

Mir said  the claim made by the Govt from time to time  with regard to  inclusive development of J&K was contrary to the ground situation rather the developmental process started by the UPA I and II have derailed miserably, besides impacting other sectors like trade, tourism, horticulture, PRIs, education and other sectors of public importance and urged the leaders and workers to  respond to anti J&K policies of the Govt during the  45 days “Panchayat Ki Aur Programme”.
